Hiba

is a fine dining resturant located in Tel Aviv, conceived by chef Yossi Shitrit. After spending almost a year wandering and getting to know Shitrit and his team, I outlined a strategic document and a unique branding visualization, based on a font especially concocted for the restaurant. Hiba font, a collaboration with the typography Studio RAG, was inspired by urban Mediterranean aesthetics and by photographer Karl Blossfeldt’s late 19th century nature and plant photographs.
